L293D Dual Motor Driver IC
L293D Power DIP-16 Stepper Motor Controller/ Driver is a dual H-bridge motor driver integrated circuit (IC). Motor drivers act as current amplifiers since they take a low-current control signal and provide a higher-current signal. This higher current signal is used to drive the motors.
The Device is a monolithic integrated and can drive inductive loads also.
L293D has two inbuilt H-bridge driver circuits.

IRFP9240 provide the designer with the best combination of fast switching, ruggedized device design, low on-resistance and cost-effectiveness. TO-247AC package is preferred for commercial-industrial applications where higher power levels preclude the use of TO-220AB devices.
